Hand crafted with white clay using a high firing technique to ensure maximum durability and it is accented with a specialized non-porous glaze to keep its color and shine intact for long, making it highly durable, chip and scratch resistant. It is a wonderful daily-use kitchenware product. Just cook, serve and impress your guests the next time you host a holiday lunch or dinner. This handmade Polish Stoneware can be used to bake quiche, pies or to roast vegetables and chicken. Also, it promotes an even temperature during baking and maintains the heat as you serve. However, it is recommended to avoid drastic temperature swings for a longer life.

Dimension: Approx 18" from handle to handle . Across the top it measures approx. 14.5" x 11." x 3" high. The measurements at the base/bottom of the dish are approx. 12" x 8.25"

Sicilian SupperMeat Sauce 2 lbs ground beef 1 medium onion dicedI 1 large can tomato paste 1 1/2 Cups water 2 teaspoon salt 1/2 pepper 2 cloves chopped garlicNoodles 2 lbs egg noodles cooked and drained 16 oz cream cheese 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 cup green pepper chopped 1 1/2 cup milkBrown and drain ground beef, add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer. It will be very thick.Cook and drain noodles. Heat the milk and cream cheese a bit and mix till smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Add to cooked noodles.Alternate noodles and meat sauce in stripes in large handled baker. Top with more Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.Serve with crusty bread, and tossed green salad.
