Quick Overview

Durable Polish Pottery Stoneware dinnerware featured in WISH, an impressionistic modern pattern depicting dandelions blowing in the wind.

Beautiful designer dinnerware in a whimsical pattern, WISH from our artisan collection. This charming pattern has dandelions effortlessly blowing across the plate for a warm playful feel. This pattern has been authored by the design department at Z.C. Boleslawiec, the original Polish Pottery factory. The experienced designers celebrate the beauty of nature through each pattern they bring us. The colors that comprise WISH are cool teal, sunny sherbet orange, golden ecru and shades of forest greens all masterfully painted on a creamy white background by one of our higher level artists.  The intermediate level artist is an apprentice, working closely with a master artist while perfecting their talent so you may enjoy the pleasure of having hand-painted dishes in your home.   These dishes are durable enough to use daily and will delight your family and friends every time.

A national treasure, Boleslawiec ceramics have been manufactured for centuries. Developed from natural ceramic clay that can be found near Boleslawiec at the Bobr and Kwisa rivers. According to historical sources, the first stoneware was made in medieval times and in the early 16th century, local potters formed guilds to ensure perfection. Zaklady Ceramiczne "BOLESLAWIEC" was founded by one of the original men with the first pattern dating back to 1759. “WISH 11” DINNER PLATE“ is an ARTISAN pattern based of the 300 year old pattern "EYE OF THE PEACOCK". Designed by top designers and imported by Pottery Avenue, the premier importer of Polish Pottery & Polish Stoneware.
